Booking

How do customers book a ride?

Customers can use the Home or Book Now page, search pickup and drop-off locations, select date and time, then submit the booking request.

Does the website support map location search?

Yes. Add your Google Maps API key in Admin → Settings. After that, pickup and drop-off fields will use Google Places search.

Can admin confirm or cancel bookings?

Yes. Admin can update booking status, assign drivers, edit quote amount, add admin notes or delete incorrect bookings.

Drivers and support

Can drivers apply online?

Yes. Drivers can submit applications from Drive With Us. Admin can approve or reject applications from the dashboard.

How do customers contact support?

Customers can submit the contact form. Admin can view and mark messages from the Messages section.
